Complete the official yatra registration and review current Shrine Board instructions before setting out. The pilgrimage route begins in Katra and passes Banganga and Ardhkuwari before reaching the Bhawan. The trek is around 13 km one way; allow sufficient time and carry suitable footwear, water and essential medicines.
Proceed for the yatra at your preferred time and return to Katra after darshan for an overnight stay. Keep identification and registration details accessible, and use designated rest points along the route. Families travelling with older members should discuss walking pace and assistance options before departure. Carry a light day bag and keep some buffer time for queues at busy periods.
