Arrive in Kalimpong by road from Bagdogra, Siliguri or another agreed pickup point. After checking in at your hotel, visit Deolo Hill, one of the town’s best-known viewpoints. Enjoy the landscaped grounds and broad views over the surrounding hills when the weather is clear; visibility varies with season and cloud cover.

Return towards town and explore the local market area, where you can browse regional handicrafts, food products and everyday shops. Keep the evening relaxed to acclimatise to the hill setting. Overnight stay in Kalimpong.
