General Terms
The Company has the right, at any time and for any reason:
- To cancel a tour package or tour component before departure. If it does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding all money paid by the Tourist towards that tour package or component.
- To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility it has advertised or published, or to substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary. In either case, the Company shall not be liable for damages, additional expenses or consequential loss suffered by the Tourist or Group. No person other than the Company, in writing, has authority to vary, add to, amplify or waive any description, representation, term or condition set forth herein, in the Company's brochure, or in other terms and conditions relating to the tour booked by the Tourist.
Star Classification of Hotels
Hotel star classifications (5-star, 4-star and so on) are provided to the Company by the supplier of the hotel travel component. The Company endeavours, in good faith, to validate and authenticate this information, but cannot be held liable for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to it. Descriptions, photographs, sketches and amenity or facility lists are also provided by the supplier of the hotel travel component.
Baggage Allowance
Generally, one suitcase not exceeding 20 kg on international flights and 15 kg on domestic flights, plus one piece of cabin baggage not exceeding 7 kg, is permitted. Always check with the specific airline, overseas tour operator or transporter, as allowances may vary. As a common practice, one piece of luggage should have linear dimensions (length + height + width) not exceeding 45 inches.
The transporter may charge extra for excess baggage. Compensation for lost or late-delivered baggage is subject to the conditions laid down by the airline, overseas tour operator or hotel. The Company will not be liable for late delivery or loss of baggage, whether caused by an airline, tour operator, hotel or any other party.
