Arrive at your selected Tadoba access area and transfer to your pre-booked lodge or resort. After check-in, take time to settle in and review the safari arrangements, including gate, reporting time, identification requirements and the reserve’s visitor rules. Your naturalist or lodge representative can explain responsible wildlife viewing and photography etiquette.

If your arrival aligns with a confirmed safari permit, proceed for the scheduled drive; otherwise enjoy the lodge surroundings and prepare for the next day. Return after the activity for dinner and an overnight stay near Tadoba.

Wake early for breakfast or the lodge’s packed meal arrangement and report to the designated gate at the time stated on your permit. Join the authorised jeep safari with the assigned guide and driver. Explore the forest tracks while looking for signs of wildlife, birds and the reserve’s varied habitats. Sightings depend on animal movement and cannot be promised.

Return to the lodge after the safari for rest during the warmer part of the day. If a second safari is confirmed for the afternoon, follow the reporting instructions and carry the required documents. Spend the evening at leisure and overnight near the reserve.

If booked and permitted, enjoy an optional morning safari, following the same gate and reporting procedures. Otherwise, take a relaxed breakfast at the lodge and enjoy the natural surroundings without disturbing wildlife. Check out according to the property’s schedule and confirm any outstanding transfer arrangements.

Proceed to your railway station, airport or next destination by road. Safari access and timings are controlled by the reserve, so the final plan will follow confirmed permits, gate regulations and your onward transport schedule.
